GESS: Shaping the future of education

The 15th edition of GESS (Global Educational Supplies and Solutions) Dubai, organised by Tarsus in partnership with the Ministry of Education, is back. 

Attendance is free to those from the education sector and the exhibition provides access to products and solutions that meet the needs of the modern classroom and transform the way students learn. This year’s theme is  “Shaping the future of education”. The event will feature over 150 talks and workshops by renowned speakers and educationalists. The  collaborative and innovative sessions will allow the educators to take home practical teaching methods, to use in their classroom.

Attendees will get to meet hundreds of companies showcasing the latest educational products and solutions that teachers use to make them more effective in helping their students achieve better results.

GESS talks arena: Featuring an exciting range of talks from individual keynotes, to panel sessions and one-2-one interview style conversations. With inspirational keynotes and dynamic movers and shakers, these sessions are designed to inspire, engage and help educators learn about the latest global education trends and to push their  education agenda forwards. 

Leaders in education conference: A new two day programme, exclusively for Principals and members of Leaders in Education, these sessions look at the challenges that leaders of schools and institutions face, the qualities required to make a good leader and the skills required to succeed in senior positions. The event is bringing in international speakers and local experts to deliver two days of world-class education and professional development.

Wellbeing space: Educators can hear inspiring wellbeing, SEN and Early Years talks that will outline the latest international research and techniques to help them learn how to boost, motivate and inspire both themselves and their students to achieve the very best.

Skills development training: These certified workshops are designed for those wanting to know more about stepping into leadership and acquiring useful skills and insights into the techniques and knowledge essential to aspiring leaders. Longer than the other conference sessions these are designed for educators wanting to dig deep, explore and skill up their toolset.

Future transformation zone: What does the future of education look like? How can new and evolving technology be integrated within the classroom? These sessions will explore the latest technological advances, trends and thinking and showcase the latest innovations in education. Covering all aspects of education and demonstrating best practice to improve and enhance teaching and learning. Attendees can hear from expert speakers and discover the latest trends.

Global learning: Latest innovations in education from global and regional perspectives and key International education issues will be discussed in the conference. Educators can ask the questions and experience the workshops first-hand and learn how to future proof your school.
